We are delighted to announce the arrival what we consider to be the best collection of Yamaha XT500's ever to be offered for sale. Amongst the 8 that we have for sale is this 1984 XT500 in the iconic Black and Chrome paint scheme. This 1984 model was first registered in the UK in 2018 and underwent a full restoration by XT500 Guru's A2 Restorations. The bike shows 50,571 miles on the speedometer (engine since has been fully rebuilt) and the bike will receive a service and fresh MOT (although not legally required) prior to sale.

The Yamaha XT500 is a twin-valve single-cylinder enduro-adventure motorcycle made by Yamaha from 1975 until 1989. It shares its power plant with its off-road brother, the Yamaha TT500. The first XT 500 was shown at the US dealer convention in September 1975, and was produced until 1981. The XT won the first big African rallies, which were on the rise in the late seventies and the Paris–Dakar Rally, which confirmed the supremacy of the XT 500.
